斜井破碎围岩分步耦合注浆复合支护设计技术

Compound Support Technology of Fractional Step Coupling Grouting for Broken Rock Shaft

摘要: 针对四明山煤矿副斜井井筒穿过页岩夹泥岩互层特殊围岩地质条件,在分析井筒围岩变形破坏原因基础上,提出了采用管棚、中空注浆锚索分步耦合注浆、U型钢支架支护方案。工程实践证明,采用该支护方案,有效提高了支护结构的整体性和承载能力,保证了井筒掘进速度,为类似条件下井筒支护技术提供借鉴。

Abstract: For special geological conditions of mudstone in shale surrounding rock through auxiliary inclined shaft of Simingshan coal mine and on the basis of analyzing auxiliary inclined shaft deformation, supporting scheme of pipe-shed grouting, pipe-shed grouting, U-steel ribs support was adopted. The engineering practice shows that the integrity of supporting structure and carrying capacity were effectively improved through the supporting scheme, with ensuring drive speed of the shaft, it also provides the reference of support technology for the similar condition shaft.
